35% of the total amount is due at time of reservation.
The remaining amount is to be paid 56 days before arrival.
All paid prepayments are non-refundable.
A pre-authorization of €868 is held on 1 days before arrival and voided on 7 days after departure
Deposits are refundable if we are able to re-let your dates (see Terms & Conditions), subject to a cancellation administration fee of £159.
Balvonie is principally our family holiday home and is available to rent for a maximum of 139 days in any calendar year. Should the house be booked for 139 nights in any calendar year, we would close to new bookings. We have never had to do so.
Please be aware that there is a stream in the garden and an old, very high treehouse which is now out of use. Children will require supervision at all times.
Check-in 4pm; Check-out 10am Monday- Saturday, 11am Sunday.
